Hey Fitz, Wanna Go To Honk Kong?
So, I got a call from my boss a couple of weeks back and he said “This probably won’t even happen but I just wanted to pass it by you….What do you think of going to Hong Kong for a spell?”. I said I would love to of course. I mean, how often does one get to go to Hong Kong? I had been there once when I was in the Marine Corps back in 1994 (yes I know I am old) and as my ship sailed out of Victoria Harbor I knew it was probably going to be the last time I would see Hong Kong. Anyway, I said I would go and sure enough a few days later my boss asked ‘What do you think of going to Hong Kong for about three months?”. I was taken aback but I agreed knowing that it would be quite the adventure. And just a couple of days after that I was on a plane.
This blog will chronicle my little Asian adventure and host all my pictures and what not. It’s more of a diary than a blog so if you get bored reading it well, I don’t care. :)
